Mega cookie
Ingredients
- 225 g room temperature butter
- 2 1/2 dl demerara sugar
- 3/4 dl sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 dl wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl Finely chopped pieces of Panda liquorice
- 100 g crushed white or dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Whisk the butter and the sugar until you get a foamy froth. Beat in the eggs one by one. Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Spread the dough onto the base of a buttered cast iron pan. Bake approximately 30 minutes. Cut into triangles while still warm. Let the cookies cool.
